Apologies: Cllr Martyn Ford Ann Hood Seymour Bell Paul & Sheila Wilson.
Notifications and correspondence: Frances proposed that good wishes be sent to Seymour for his forthcoming visit to the Houses of Parliament to collect the Green Apple Award on behalf of the group.
Finance and fundraising: It was proposed that a funding application should be submitted to buy a large mower for the group's use.
Walk with WI; It was proposed to walk the Rails and Ales route on November 3.
Stile repairs and fingerpost replacement: Heather, Frances and Nev promised to walk Priory Walk to assess the repairs that need doing. 4 fingerposts are going to be inscribed. These are for footpaths 3, 4 and 5.
Stanhope Hole Conservation Area: The pond platform and the interpretation board have been ordered.
Ballast Hole Pond: Canes and shelters are to be ordered. Wildflowers are to be ordered from Naturescape. The group placed theeir suggestions for the order. Tree planting is to take place during National tree Week, on November 26.
Crow Park Way planting: Wildflowers at a cost of £300 are to be ordered from Naturescape. These have been financed by Derbyshire County Council.
Footpath Map Sales: It was agreed to make these available for sale. They would cost £3 unframed and £8 framed.
It wasd agreed to try to keep our areas free from Ragwort. We would take part in Ragwort Day in June.
Christmas Meal: This is arranged for december 19 at the Wheel. Final numbers to be in by the end of November.
