Matters arising: Two seats for Cote Close were to be ordered.
Finance & Fundraising: The newly purchased mower has now been insured and registered. A temporary change in the financial arrangements with the Parish Council was reported. Due to a temporary cash flow, the Parish Council are unable to support the VAT payments for the mower and the seats which are normally reclaimed at the end of the financial year. Mrs Ross had actually provided a cheque for the full amount (including VAT) to the Council and the bill from Woodgrow had been settled. Mrs Froggatt said that the action had already been taken and hoped the group would agree, which was approved. Mrs Ross expresed concern over the situation, but a document had been prepared promising repayment of the VAT from the Parish Council when it is reclaimed.
Security precautions are being considered for the new mower.
