Mary gave the group’s account details as follows:
· Current Account - £1,020.25p
a) Liz had received an e-mail from Community Relations at East Midlands Airport confirming their receipt of our application for funding and stating that the application would be put forward at their meeting on 25th June 2008.

7. Public rights of way reports and stile replacement programme
a) Joan and Wendy cleared the seat at Porters Lane of nettles and also cleared the stiles at Airport Way and Little Derby Way. Heather will liaise with Joan to arrange a date to similarly deal with the stiles at the A38 end of these paths.
b) Dave, Joan and Wendy ventured out with the mower and mowed Cote Close, Cardales Meadow and Stanhope Hole and generally tidied up.
c) The area around the Doles Lane kissing gate on Turnpike Way has been cleared but the Burton Road end remains to be cleared.
d) Heather stated that the nails were still sticking out of the hand rail on the path from the road to the field at the Heath Lane end of the Gostilles footpath. Joan to deal.
e) It had been reported that the kissing gate at Potlocks Bridge had been damaged again but it is all in order now.
